Clementine Sorbet | Recipe
- 90ml freshly pressed clementine juice
- 150g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Aromatic Bitters
- 1 tsp Orange Bitters
In a blender, blend juice, bitters, sugar and salt
Freeze for two hours, mix in it's container and freeze again
Can be eaten as is, or on the side of some chocolate cake
